A coffee blend is a mixture of coffee beans from two or more origins or varieties. Blending coffee beans allows roasters to create unique flavor profiles by combining beans with different characteristics. By blending, we achieve consistent flavor throughout the year, as coffee beans from different origins may have varying qualities due to seasonal changes or crop fluctuations.

Can you grind my coffee for me?

We can grind them to suit your preferred brewing method. Whether you're brewing with a French press, pour-over, espresso machine, or any other method, we can tailor the grind size to ensure optimal extraction and flavor. Just let us know your brewing preference, and we'll grind the coffee beans accordingly, ready for you to brew and enjoy.

What is the best way to store coffee?

The best way to store coffee to maintain its freshness and flavor is to keep it in an airtight container in a cool, dark, and dry place.

I have an issue with my order.

We want you to love your coffee. If something's not right, please email us. We'll fix it or send you a new bag. Please include the roast date, coffee details, purchase info, and your taste experience. We're here to help you brew the perfect cup.

If your order is damaged, please include a photo, and we will file a claim with the carrier and issue a replacement order.

When will my coffee arrive?

All orders are shipped on the next business day after an order is placed. We supply you with tracking numbers so that you can get updates on your order.

For subscription deliveries, there's usually even less time between you and your coffee. We ship subscription deliveries on a biweekly or monthly schedule so can make sure that it gets to you as soon as you want it.
